Bookings and Deposits for Studio Sessions

To book a session at thudhub we require at least 50% deposit in advance to secure the session. Deposits can be paid by: cash, cheque, Paypal 5% surcharge or bank transfer.

The remainder of the balance must be paid in full before the session starts. If paying by cheque or bank transfer then the monies must be cleared and be showing in our account before the day of the session. You should allow 7 days if paying by cheque.

Remote Services

To book a remote service, please contact us for a quote, we will let you know the timescale for completion and any details such as the transfer of media via the internet or by posting CD's etc. We require payment in advance for these services. Payment can be made by cheque, Paypal (5% surcharge) or bank transfer. You should allow 7 days if paying by cheque. As with conventional studio sessions all monies must be cleared and be showing in our account before the job is started.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or re-schedule your session then we require 7 days notice.

To cancel or re-schedule your session you should notify us by calling the studio or sending us an email. It is strongly advised that you call us in these situations as refunds will only be given at thudhub studio's discretion.

The Premises

Clients are responsible for ensuring that no equipment or property at thudhub studio is damaged, lost or stolen as a direct or indirect result of their actions.

They are also responsible for the actions of any guests that they may invite to thudhub's premises. In the event that any equipment or property belonging to thudhub is damaged, lost or stolen as a direct result of the actions of any client or guest, the client will have to pay all reasonable costs in full i.e. replacement or repair of said equipment or property.

Studio Sessions

thudhub studio reserves the right to cancel or stop the session of anyone we deem to be unacceptable through his or her conduct or personality. No refund will be given, all fees will remain payable.

Disclaimer

Whilst thudhub Studio will take all reasonable measures to ensure clients and guest's safety and security during their session, the company or any of its employees cannot be held responsible for any accident/injury sustained whilst on the premises. Nor can they be held responsible for the loss or damage to any personal effects.

Payment of your deposit is taken as your acceptance to comply with the terms and conditions specified above.
